WHAT THE SESSION FEE COVERS

 

The session fee includes the session itself and a £25 print credit. A payment of £30 is payable at the time of booking to secure your place. The full session fee must be paid on the day of the session.  You can pay via bank transfer, cheque or cash.  All details will be given once you have confirmed your booking.

 

PROOFS AND ORDERING

 

It takes between 1-2 weeks to edit and compile your gallery.  This turnaround can be shorter but a lot of work goes into the editing and creating the images for you.  Any additional prints or digital images can be ordered once you view your gallery. On the day of your session we will arrange a viewing appointment when you can come back into the studio to view your gallery in person. I will only order your artwork once it has been paid for in full. Allow 2-3 weeks for delivery and all deliveries are made to my studio so I can check the order is all correct before I contact you and arrange for you to come and collect it.   

 

If you choose to order digital prints and then have them printed elsewhere I cannot guarantee the quality of them.  I use professional high quality printing labs for my products.  Once you choose to order from anywhere other than me I am not responsible for the quality of the prints

 

 

 

Copying, scanning or reproducing images is strictly prohibited. Print-screening images from my website, Facebook page or Blog is also prohibited.

RE-SCHEDULING

 

Any sessions are that are cancelled without 48 hours notice will not be refunded and a further session fee must be paid.

Louise Lyons Photography reserves the right to use any photograph in any form such as,but not limited to, the use in advertising, reproduction, and copyright. All images are copyrighted by Louise Lyons Photography, even those that are purchased.

Competitions:

 

If a competition specifically states that it is for a Newborn Session then the baby MUST be under 2 weeks at the time of the session.  If the winner cancels the session or does not attend the session the competition is void and if a session is still wanted will be charged at full price.
